Aligning camera and radar correctly
After some repairs, camera and radar look slightly off target. Then lane keeping assist, emergency braking and adaptive cruise control need to be recalibrated.

After this work, calibration is needed
Two degrees off is too much
If the camera looks two degrees off, it detects an obstacle later. In everyday driving you do not notice. It only shows when the system really has to brake.
That is why manufacturers require calibration after this kind of work.
